    Access to clean Energy through Microfinance (Cleanstart) project is funded by United Nations Capital Development Fund (UNCDF) and implemented by Ace Development bank in technical collaboration with Winrock International. The project is being implemented in Ilam, Jhapa, Morang, Panchthar, Sunsari, Udayapur, Chitwan, Kabhrepalanchowk, Mahottari, Ramechhap, Myagdi, Nawalparasi, Palpa, Tanahu, Kalikot. The project promotes financial access of Renewable Energy Technology(RETs) for enhanced livelihood.

    Winrock International is implementing PPP for 4Gs project funded by European Union, SWITCH - Asia Programme in Ilam Municipality. The main objective of project is to establish a sustainable approach of solid waste management through public-private partnership (PPP) by mobilizing SMEs. Thus, Trishuli Kapas Prasodhan Udhyog is one of the keystakeholders of project. The project started interaction with Mr. Gurung while his factory was at the last stage of establishment.  Relentless effort of Trishuli Kapas Prasodhan Udhyog as a waste SME is nationally and internationally recognised by project. PPP for 4Gs strives to promote sustainable solid waste management strengthening waste SMEs with capacity building, training, workshops, exposure visits and Occupational health and Safety equipment distribution to create enabling working environment.
